Michael Berrington - Managing Director
Michael Berrington is the founder of Financial Reporting Specialists (FRS) and has personally developed and enhanced the FRS system since 2004.

Michael has over ten year's chartered accountancy experience, largely working for PricewaterhouseCoopers ( PwC ). During his time at PwC he was involved in undertaking and managing a variety of projects from general accounting to code of conduct to systems reviews. The majority of his time in the last three years at PwC was developing an international financial consolidation software program involving national training, development, marketing and implementation. Between 2004 and 2006, in addition to refining the FRS system, he acted as a corporate advisor involving refinances, restructuring, diversification and corporate governance. Michael also studied and completed a Bachelor of Business Studies degree in Accounting and Commercial Law (B.B.S. Acc / C.L.).

Michael prides himself on being a financial reporting specialist , utilising his uncanny accounting natural ability effectively. He is very involved and takes a hands-on role in the company, understanding that clients appreciate the fact that they have access to him even with the growth of the company. Stepping out of the “big four” environment has enabled this personal connection to flourish.
